1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Everest Auto Driving School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Everest Auto provides driving instruction services including:

• Manual and automatic driving lessons
• Intensive driving courses
• Refresher lessons for experienced drivers
• Test preparation and guidance

3. Booking and Payments

Booking Requirements

• Students must hold a valid provisional or full driving license
• Minimum age: 17 years old (provisional license requirement)
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Accurate contact information must be provided

Payment Terms

• Payment can be made online via Stripe or in cash at the lesson
• Prices are as stated on our website and may be subject to change
• Block booking discounts may be offered at our discretion
• Failed payments may result in booking cancellation

4. Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• No-show: Full lesson fee charged
• Cancellations must be made via phone, email, or through your dashboard

Instructor Cancellations

In rare cases where we must cancel (illness, vehicle issues, extreme weather), we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Block booking refunds calculated on lessons remaining
• No refunds for completed lessons
• Refund requests must be made in writing

6. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Bring a valid provisional or full driving license to every lesson
• Arrive on time and ready for the lesson
• Wear appropriate footwear (no high heels, flip-flops, or heavy boots)
• Not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Follow the instructor's guidance and safety instructions
• Inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect driving

7. Instructor Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate a lesson early if safety is compromised
• Suspend or cancel bookings for non-compliance with these terms
• Modify pricing with reasonable notice

8. Safety and Insurance

• All vehicles are fully insured for learner drivers
• Vehicles are equipped with dual controls
• Regular vehicle maintenance and safety checks are conducted
• Instructors are DVSA approved and DBS checked

9. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Everest Auto is not liable for:

• Personal injuries not caused by our negligence
• Loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles
• Test outcomes (we cannot guarantee pass results)
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Everest Auto and protected by copyright laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
